Refunds and Cancelation
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All returned items must be unaltered, unused, and in the same condition. Most refunds will require the item to be sent back to our facility if it has already been shipped. If it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require photo of the damaged item. We will not items confiscated by your local customs.
It is the Buyers responsibility to check with their local customs to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws.
